Effingham Oysters

Effingham Oysters are now available in Ontario exclusively from Seacore.  These premium fresh quality oysters are nurtured and grown in the deep waters of Effingham Inlet in Barkley Sound on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.  This remote, pristine environment produces an excellent oyster that has a plump, cream coloured meat with a vibrant and briny flavour.  The deep shell of the Effingham Oyster is a nice white colour that is uniform in size and very clean.  These oysters are available all year round and come in 2 sizes - 2.5-3" and 3-4".
