LINGCOD: GREAT TASTING, INEXPENSIVE OPTION FOR FISH & CHIPS

Seacore is featuring this month a Lingcod from New Zealand, a very tasty, mild white meat seafood item.  It makes a great option for Fish & Chips in particular the one that is already rice dusted.  The Rice Dusted allows for your batter to stay on the fish and make a nice crispy coating.  You will still have to add the batter to it, the rice dusting just enhances the Fish & Chips aspect of your dish.  It's lightly dusted and the portion is 5oz net weight.  An inexpensive option for you to obtain great margin for your menu.
