RED SEA BREAM



Seacore is featuring a very nice fish from Greece this week, Red Sea Bream.  A very mild tasting and nice texture white flesh fish, the Red Sea Bream is farm raised in Greece.  Flown 3 times a week, it is a great centre of the plate feature or a new item not commonly found in the fresh fish counter.  Also known as Common Sea Bream in Europe or even sometimes as Madai Snapper in the market place, it is a great tasting fish.  Try it today!
