​Wyse Bay Artisanal Seafood is caught or farm raised in the pristine waters of  the Atlantic North Eastern coast of North America.  In order for any seafood to receive the Wyse Bay distinction, it must be a premium product that yields a far superior taste.  At Wyse Bay, we believe in a simple philosophy:  Provide the Best Quality Seafood and it will result in the Best Tasting Seafood.  By hand-picking only the best of the best seafood, our Wyse Bay Artisanal Seafood is graded to the highest of levels specifically designed for the Canadian market.  
 
 
Currently, the only items that have the Wyse Bay distinction are the Artisanal Salmon from Bay of Fundy, the Orwell Cove Mussels from PEI and the Atlantic Jumbo Sea Scallops from New Bedford, Massachussetts.  Wyse Bay also uses their Atlantic Salmon to produce a premium Smoked Salmon used only by the finest retailers and white table cloth restaurants.
 
 
In addition to being environmentally friendly and socially responsible, all Wyse Bay Artisanal Seafood is packaged in 100% Recyclable Boxes.  This allows for the smallest carbon footprint from any seafood.
